Log on to the enrollment website at http://benefits.rich.com or the Alight Mobile app (available through the Apple App Store or Google Play) to enroll in your benefits for 2024. Logging on for the first time? From the enrollment website, register as a new user and follow the prompts to provide requested information and set up your username and password. Following your enrollment, you may still need to take action. If you do, the required follow-ups will appear on a confirmation page. There are also things you should do to set yourself up for success after you enroll. To save time when you enroll, be sure to download and fill out the Benefits Checklist. Questions?
